We can provide prescriptions for medications, medical advice, doctor's certificates and referrals. We also offer a select number of treatments by questionnaire where our doctor will call you. No, we want to give you the treatments you need with a minimum of fuss. That means no in person consults, no extra fees, and no wasted time. For treatments such as weight loss, contraception, herpes, insomnia, compounded creams, nicotine vapes, hair loss, premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction, you can elect to complete a brief online assessment and our doctor will call you to review treatment options, discuss potential side effects, and answer any questions you may have.

No, bulk billing is not available. Bulk billing is only available via Telehealth if you've had an in person consultation with the GP in the last 12 months.

Yes, we can provide you with a pharmacy receipt to claim the cost of your medication back on private health insurance.

You can cancel or pause your prescription at any time by going to Manage Subscription in your account located here. You can also update your payment information. If you don't have an account, please register here. Once you have paused or cancelled, you will no longer be charged automatically for your repeats.

Accounts are not mandatory when you first make a purchase. You will receive an invite email at the time of purchase but if you do not accept the invite an account will not be setup for you and you will need to register for an account at a later date using the same email address you used at the time of purchase. You can create an account at anytime here.

Our medical team reviews all questionnaires submitted which can take up to 2-4 business days to complete due to high demand and our doctor will need to speak with you before approval is given. The pharmacy then processes your order once received by us within 1 business day. Your order will not be fulfilled on our system until the driver scans your item and you receive an Australia Post tracking number.

Yes! We now ship weight loss medications to New Zealand residents, dispatched from our pharmacy hub in Auckland.

If you are a visitor on holiday, international student or working visa holder, for our doctors to write a prescription, you first need to register for myGov and an IHI (Individual Health Identifier). You can do this all online within minutes. Please take a look at the Services Australia website for complete instructions, click here.

If you need any assistance, please call myGov on 132 307 and press option 1. For help with IHI numbers, please call 1300 361 458 and press option 2. This is for non-residents of Australia only who do not have a medicare card. You will require your passport and visa details to apply for an IHI in myGov.
